Cancellations
You may reschedule a consultation or meeting with at least 24 hours’ notice. Subscriptions & Ongoing Services
If you are enrolled in a monthly plan or retainer, you may cancel future billing at any time. However, no partial refunds will be issued for any unused time or services within the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the custom and time-based nature of our work, we do not issue refunds for consultations, development work, or subscription services.
